Bebe is a girl that gives the player his/her Eevee in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. Bebe is also the PC administrator. After the player talks to her and goes to his/her PC, he/she will see "BEBE'S PC" instead of "SOMEONE'S PC." She also has an appearance in a Pokémon trading card. She is located in Hearthome City, in the house next to the Pokémon Center.
