Park Beach Zone

Beach Zone

The Beach Zone is a location in PokéPark Wii: Pikachu's Adventure. It is a seaside area primarily inhabited by Water-type Pokémon. The player can access the Iceberg Zone here by riding Lapras.

Story[]

When Pikachu first enters the Zone, he overhears a Slowpoke and Azurill talking about a fight between Feraligatr and Gyarados destroying all the bridges connecting the islands. Slowpoke and Azurill tell Pikachu the way to the Iceberg Zone is to ride Lapras, but Pikachu discovers a recent earthquake has caused a boulder to fall and block the path to Lapras's cover. Feraligatr offers to destroy the rock if Pikachu can bring Gyarados, who proclaimed himself the new Zone Keeper, to his senses. Soon after, Pikachu finds Piplup and a Wynaut are stranded on an island and Piplup recommends getting the help of Bidoof in the Meadow Zone to rebuild the bridges. When Pikachu returns with Bidoof, two of Gyarados's underlings, a Carvanha and Sharpedo, refuse to let the bridge be built unless Pikachu can beat Pelipper's attraction. After Pelipper's attraction is cleared, Pikachu is awarded a Prism Piece and Bidoof builds the bridges and Piplup and Wynaut return to the mainland. With the bridges restored, Pikachu is able to reach and speak to Gyarados. Gyarados at first refuses to give up becoming the new leader of the Beach Zone, but relents to step down if Pikachu can clear his attraction. After Pikachu manages to clear the attraction, Gyarados keeps his word to abandon his plans and gives Pikachu a Prism Piece. A grateful Feraligatr destroys the boulder and unlocks Lapras's cove. At the cover, Pikachu and Piplup discover a broken hot air balloon which Piplup takes back to the Meeting Place and Pikachu meets Lapras, who takes him to the Iceberg Zone.
