Bart is a minor character from Pokémon: Advanced Challenge.
Biography
Before Ash and his friends visited him at the Weather Institute, he was working there, with a new staff named Millie under the guise of Millie for awhile.
When Ash and his friends visited him at the Weather Institute, he gave them a tour around the facility right before the facility was raided by members of Team Aqua who were seeking for information on Kyogre. There was a dogfight between Ash, his friends, Team Aqua and Brodie. He managed to download all information on Kyogre and Groudon into a removable disc to first protect the copy before stealing it, which left all the members of the Weather Institute schocked.
After this event, the real Millie came to the Weather Institute for her first day of work.
