Bailey is a character of the day who appears in Pokemon: The Johto Journeys. She trains two Bellossom to compete in the Johto Pokemon Exhibition.

Pokemon: The Johto Journeys
- Bailey is first met when Ash, Misty and Brock are passing through the exhibition. She explains that the Bellossom, named Belle and Bella, are doing a Bell-oop De-loop, but Belle doesn't look so easy. Later she used them in a battle with Team Rocket who want to be at the exhibition too. Later, she tells our heroes that she will do her best at the Pokemon Exhibition tomorrow morning. By morning, Belle and Bella were kidnapped by Team Rocket, along with all the performers' Pokemon, but Pikachu lets them free. Then, Belle and Bella performed tornado twister and it sends Team Rocket flying. Soon, she successfully did the trick and is given a hand by the crowd.

- Bailey is the second girl in the anime to wear stockings (the first being Marina). The color of them is green while the color of Marina's is white.
