Bailey is a character appearing in Pokémon: The Johto Journeys.

Biography

Season 3: The Johto Journeys

Bailey is a trainer who aims to get her Bellossom, Belle and Bella, to master Bell-oop-de-loop. Belle did not succeed, but when Team Rocket appeared to take the Pokémon away, she managed to master it. After that, Belle and Bella danced to make a tornado, blasting Team Rocket off and continuing with their Bell-oop-de-loop dance.

She explains that the Bellossom, named Belle and Bella, are doing a Bell-oop De-loop, but Belle doesn't look so easy. Then, Belle and Bella performed tornado twister and it sends Team Rocket flying. Soon, she successfully did the trick and is given a hand by the crowd.
