Episode Plot
After defeating Skyla and earning the Jet Badge, Ash and co head out to Iccirus City. Along the way, they run into their old friend Stephan who happens to be entering a contest to ring the bell at the top of Celestial Tower. The contest is run by Mile, Skyla's grandfather. And it happens to be an obstacle course with many challenges. Who will win this towering race?

- There was a cosplaying portion of the contest where the characters dressed up as other characters:
- Ash was Alder.
- Iris was Professor Juniper.
- Stephan was Nurse Joy.
- Reiji was Officer Jenny.
- Cilan was Elesa
- An article of clothing similar to Brock's vest made it's way into the clothes pile, probably as a tribute to Brock.
