When Iris gets her hair zapped and static after being hit by Bouffalant's Wild Charge, this would mark a second character who gets its hair static by an electric type move. The first was Dawn whose hair gets zapped by her own Pachirisu with Discharge.
This is the second time Ash looked up Bouffalant on the Pokedex. The first was BW054: Ash Versus The Champion! but the difference is, it said that if the Bouffalants are aggressively depending their territory, they'll charge anything and everything in their way. Which means Ash and co. were accidentally trespassing into the area.
Ash and co. may have seen one Bouffalant with Alder once in BW054: Ash Versus The Champion! but this is even worse when they encountered many of them when they were wild in the wilderness.
