On their way to Nimbasa City, Ash and co are caught in a rainstorm and stay in a mansion for shelter. While inside they encounter a Litwick, which seems playful at first but is later revealed to be bad news. Can Ash and friends save Team Rocket and themselves from the evil Litwick and their leader, Lampent?

Team Rocket acted as their comical selves in this episode. This happens again in the 14th movie.
Though Team Rocket were in their old uniforms, they did not, comically, "blast off."
This is so far the only truce between Team Rocket and Ash & co in the Black And White anime.
Litwick cannot learn most of the moves they use in this episode without TM's.
The Litwick could evolve into Lampent due to the fact that it's knows the move Shadow Ball and TM's don't exist in the anime.
