The Azure Flute is an event-exclusive item required to gain access to the Hall of Origin from Spear Pillar, where Arceus can be encountered in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum versions.
Info
This event item is the first event item in Sinnoh unavailable through normal means and must be obtained from cheating.
At the apex of Mt. Coronet, the player must stand upon the tile which resembles the Azure Flute. When the Flute is played, a staircase appears at the base of the tile, allowing the player to climb up and challenge Arceus.
Trivia
