Attract (メロメロ Intoxicating) is a Normal-type move that will force the opponent to fall in love with your Pokémon, and therefore may disobey its trainer and not attack. Attract will only affect the opponent if they are of the opposite gender to your Pokémon. In the Pokémon games Gold, Silver and Crystal you will receive TM45, containing Attract, from the Goldenrod City Gym leader Whitney when you defeat her (This is the same for HeartGold and SoulSilver).

In Battle

If it is the opposite gender of the user, the foe becomes infatuated and less likely to attack.

Makes all Pokémon after the user nervous.

Super Contests

Prevents the voltage from going down in the same turn.
