Arley (Japanese: アックス Axe) is the lowest ranked member of the Societea. His main target is Zapdos. He fights the player at the Sky Fortress with a Regigigas. Arley first appears in Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs.
He traveled in a lot of adventures with his elderly friends Hocus, Kasa, and Edward.
