Arashi is the Johto's Radio Tower's manager.

Biography

He is heavy-set male and very loud when it comes to speaking with others. He loves his job at the radio tower and claims that he would do so until he was forced to be unable to. He was very happy to see Ash and wanted to interview him because Arashi considered Ash to be a very skilled trainer.
