Added by LeobrazilAsh's Buizel was seen using this move before it was caught by Dawn in the episode "Buizel Your Way Out of This!" while it was still a wild Pokémon.
Ash's Oshawott was seen using this move battling versus Lenora in BW016. Though it didn't perfect it untill a few episodes later.
