An Aqua Admin is an administrator of Team Aqua. They serve as commanders of Archie. The Aqua Admins are Matt and Shelly. They appear in both Sapphire and Emerald. They use Water-type and Dark-type, like Carvanha and Sharpedo. In Sapphire, Matt uses 2 Carvanha (1 evolves into Sharpedo for the second battle) and a Poochyena (which evolves into Mightyena for the second battle), while in Emerald, he only uses Mightyena and Golbat. In both Sapphire and Emerald, Shelly uses a Carvanha (which becomes a Sharpedo for the second battle), and a Mightyena.
