Anorith (アノプス Anopth) is a Rock/Bug-type Pokémon and is a Fossil Pokémon capable of being revived from the Claw Fossil. Starting at level 40, it can evolve into an Armaldo.
[edit] Appearance
Anorith is an ancient ocean-dwelling creature that uses the fins on its sides to propel itself through the seas. It has one pair of large eyes, and a pair of claws that eventually would become a Claw Fossil found in the Hoenn region.
[edit] In Games
There are no living Anorith left in the Hoenn region, however a Claw Fossil can be taken to the Devon Corporation in Rustboro City to revive it. FireRed and LeafGreen players must trade for it.
In Diamond/Pearl and Platinum, you must get a claw fossil from the underground and take it to the Oreburgh Mining Museum where a scientist will turn the fossil into the pokemon.
