AncientPower (げんしのちから Primeval Power) is a Rock move that enables a Pokémon to use prehistoric power and has a one-in-five chance of raising all of the Pokémon's stats.

The user picks up ancient rocks and throws them at the foe. In Pokémon Platinum, you can purchase it in exchange for shards, and in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver versions, you can purchase it in exchange it for Battle Points. It can make Tangela evolve into Tangrowth, and Piloswine into Mamoswine and also Yanma into Yanmega.
