Amnesia is a stat-effecting Psychic-type move. The user uses it's powers to raise it's Special Defense 2 stages. It's a useful move, especially when fighting stronger Pokemon.
Effect
The user temporarily empties its mind to forget its concerns. It sharply raises the user's Sp. Def stat.
