Amanita is a character introduced in Pokémon Black and White who designed the Pokémon Storage System in the Unova region. She lives in Striaton City with her sister Fennel and gives the player the Pal Pad. She also explains several storage features and as the player adds Pokémon to each box in their storage, she expands the amount of boxes until it hits 24 boxes.
