Almia Castle is a castle located north of the Ice Lake. It is frozen solid and is home to many Ice Pokémon such as Froslass, Glalie and Walrein. It is here that the player encounters the gaurdian of the Blue Gem, Lucario, as well as the leader of the Sinis Trio, Ice.

After the game is beaten, the player can come here to get Regice, located in the hallway leading to the Blue Gem and Lucario.

In a Mission Event, "Dialga at Almia Castle", the player comes to Almia Castle with Wendy to capture the agonized Dialga, and must do so before it uses Roar of Time, because if it does, the player is sent back to the beginning of the mission.
