Kadabra is the pre-evolution of Alakazam. This is the second stage.
Alakazam (Japanese: フーディン,Fūdin) is a Psi-Pokémon and also the first out of 102 cards that is part of the Base Set. It is a Psychic-type Pokémon card which is also the final evolution of Kadabra known that this is the second stage. The card image has been illustrated by Ken Sugimori a key employee of Game Freak.
As often as you like during your turn (before your attack), you may move 1 damage counter from 1 of your Pokémon to another as long as you don't Knock Out that Pokémon. This power can't be used if Alakazam is Asleep, Confused or Paralyzed.

Trivia
On the game card it is said that Alakazam can use Confuse Ray, but Abra, Kabara and Alakazam cannot learn Confuse Ray in the video game series.
