Abra (ケーシィ Casey) is a Psychic-type Pokémon. It can evolve into a Kadabra starting at level 16.

To get one in Red and Blue, it can be found on routes 24, 25, and the Celadon Game corner for 180 coins in Red and 120 coins in Blue.
To get one in Yellow, it can be found on routes 5, 6, 7, 8, and the Celadon Game Corner for 230 coins.
To get one in Gold and Silver, it can be found on routes 5, 6, 8, 24, 25, 34, 35, and the Goldenrod Game Corner for 200 coins.
To get one in Crystal, it can be found on routes 5, 6, 7, 8, 24, 25, 34, 35, and the Goldenrod Game Corner for 100 coins.
To get one in Ruby and Sapphire, it can be found in the Granite Cave floor 1 & basement 1 & 2.
To get one in Emerald, it can be found on route 116 and in Granite Cave floor 1 & basement 1 & 2.
To get one in FireRed and LeafGreen, it can be found one routes 24 and 25.
To get one in Colosseum and XD, you need to trade one from either Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, LeafGreen, or FireRed.
To find one in Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, it can be found on routes 203 and 215 and can be traded with Machop in Oreburgh City.
When you catch it, you have to get to level 16 so it can evolve because the only move it learns is Teleport.
