Abra
From the Pokémon Encyclopedia
Abra is #063 in the National Pokedex and #020 in the Sinnoh Pokedex. It's English name is Abra, but its Japanese name is Casey. The two abilties it has are Synchronize which is when it becomes POISON, PARALYZE, or BURN, the oppenent dies also and Inner Focus which is that it will not flinch at all. When you catch it, it will be a 75% for it to be Male and 25% chance for it could be Female. It is a Psi pokemon. It is a psychic type pokemon. It is 2'11" and its 43 lbs.
Also when you catch it, it has a 5% chance of holding a TwistedSpoon. It is common to find it on route 203 and route 215. It is in both Diamond and Pearl.
When you catch it, you have to get to level 16 for it can evolve. The only move it learns it Teleport.
