Battle of the Shaking Island! Barboach vs. Whiscash!!! was supposed to air on November 4, 2004, but the episode was skipped due to an earthquake that happened nearly a week before AG101 aired in Japan. But this episode was never been aired. In this episode, Ash and his friends journey toward Jojo Island on the way to the next and final Gym in Sootopolis City and are caught in an earthquake caused by a Whiscash. They then meet a trainer named Chotaand start a Whiscash extermination there.
