4Kids Entertainment was the first dubbing company that dubbed Pokémon into English dialogue. They first dubbed at TAJ Productions until Season 5 when 4Kids tooks their own recording studio. Starting from Season 8 and onwards, Pokémon USA took over for the dubbing and distribution of the anime, replacing different voice actors. In April, 2011, 4Kids filled for bankruptcy.
